Recording Day 1

Just got back to my hotel room here in Atlanta, after a very productive day. Recording started at 10:30 AM and rolled on until 12:30 AM. Today we worked through 5 songs and managed to get the drum tracks and a few of the vocal and rhythm guitar tracks, together. It's fun hearing the songs come together with other instruments, other than just my acoustic guitar. I'm also starting to hear and get a feel for some of the other parts to be played by the other musicians. Tomorrow we will start at 10 AM and hopefully get drum tracks for the final 4 songs and then have time to revisit what we worked on today. For now though- it's time to rest!
